Our weekly Monday Club hit its second week of Round 4 (23/03/26), and we were stoked to see some new faces joining the crew. Big shoutout and happy birthday to Indigo, one of our mainstays at the studio and workshops.
This week, we dug into the theme of education. Don’t groan, it’s not what you think. We tried to look at it from a bigger lens, thinking about introspection, what education really means, and whether it ever truly ends. Is experience just as valuable as book-knowledge?
The crew wrote some rhymes together before splitting off to craft their own 16s as a collective. There were some confident flows, intricate patterns, and moments where everyone really found their voice.
We all learnt something that day, pun 100% intended.
Next week, we’re back in the studio, cooking up the beat we’ll eventually record over. Can’t wait to see how these bars come to life.
