This week I went behind the scenes at Creu Conwy with UAM’s Creative Operations Director, Kene Clayton, to see what it takes to keep organisations like UAM afloat.
Upon arrival, I was unsure of what exactly we were walking into. But as I entered the room filled with fellow creatives, I knew that today, I was going to learn.
Meeting the creatives in Conwy and hearing them express opinions, concerns, and ideas really helped me understand the issues going on within our community and how we can resolve them.
Being in the room where it happens is key to getting ahead. If you aren’t there, you won’t be part of the solution.
I can’t wait to learn more.
